Account and access

You retain ownership of user-generated content you submit, subject to the licenses you grant to KursusTopPro to use that content for course delivery and platform operations.

By submitting content you grant KursusTopPro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify and display the content as necessary to provide and promote course services, including publication within course platforms and aggregated educational materials.

You are responsible for the content you contribute. KursusTopPro may remove or disable access to content that violates terms or applicable law and may moderate discussions to preserve a constructive learning environment.

Requests to remove personal content will be considered in line with our privacy and retention policies. Certain records may be retained for compliance, audit or legal purposes.

Intellectual property

KursusTopPro and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in course materials, brand assets and platform technology. Users are granted limited rights to access and use content for personal learning and organisational training under the terms of enrolment.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Accepted payment methods and billing intervals are indicated during checkout. You are responsible for providing valid payment details.

Subscription-based services, where offered, will renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Cancellation instructions are provided in account settings and in billing communications.

You may cancel paid services as specified in the cancellation policy for the course. KursusTopPro may cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrolment or other operational reasons and will communicate options for transfer or refund.

Applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the participant unless otherwise stated. KursusTopPro will collect taxes where required by law.

We may adjust prices for new enrolments. Existing paid enrolments are subject to the terms agreed at the time of purchase unless otherwise communicated.

Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension of access to paid course materials until outstanding balances are resolved.

Professional and educational disclaimer

Course materials are provided for educational purposes to support professional development. Content does not constitute legal, medical or other regulated professional advice. Learners should exercise professional judgement and consult qualified advisors where necessary before applying course content in practice.

Limitation of liability
